Deliveries are offered in mainland France and in the countries of the European Union, with special exceptions.
We offer a standard delivery service and a 24-hour express delivery service.
The delivery switchboard Home delivery of our orders is not free.
En Metropolitan France and Belgium, it is at the price of 5,00€.
For Germany, The Netherlands and Luxembourg It is at the rate of 7,00€.
For the other countries of the European Union, it is at the price of €10.00.
The delivery At a pick-up point in France is at the rate of €3.50.
Standard home and relay point delivery is free for any order for a total amount of up to 180,00 €.
Product prices are expressed in Euros, all taxes included and excluding customs duties. For orders outside the EU, customs duties are borne by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any actions and/or costs and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which we have no control.
Orders will generally be delivered, starting with the dispatch email under:
- 2 to 3 working days in mainland France.
- 3 to 7 working days in Europe excluding mainland France.
However, please note that we operate on a pre-order system, delivery times may vary and can be up to one month. Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by payment authorization, stock availability, and customs clearance procedures.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link for the package, in order to be able to follow its delivery.
